Sorry we do not offer free trials.  To test drive our service activation fees apply.  You have 15 days to test the service. If you cancel before 15 days you receive partial application and setups fees back.  Please review our terms and conditions are your billing statement.

ioTiEvo can work anywhere in the world with an active internet connection. We are not responsible for countries that have content restrictions.  Also please note internet speeds very from country to the next. How can I renew my subscription?

You subscription is set to auto-renew once you order. You can also manage your subscription by visiting the MY ACCOUNT page.

How can i add more devices to my plan?

You can add more device to you subscription plan at anytime. There is a $10 per month fee for each new device. See

How do I cancel my subscription?

Simply call our customer service team and request that you service be cancelled.

Canceling a test drive?

If you call to cancel a test drive within 15 days you will be refunded partial activation and setup fees.  If you call to cancel a test drive after 15 days there will be no activation and setups fees refunded.

How do I download the ioTiEvoTV APK and applications after purchase?

Once you subscribe to ioTiEvoTV you will be guided to the MY ACCOUNT section where you can download our APK’s, view instructional videos, and manage your account.

Can I use a VPN?

Yes you can use a VPN but it is not necessary for using ioTiEvoTv.

What to do if I experience buffering?

Buffering will occur for many reasons.  Please contact our technical support teams at 1-866-326-0071 for assistance and direction. 90 percent of the times its caused by internet related issues. Restart of your cable modem and streaming device is required any recommended every 15-30 days.
